Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our customer service and distribution teams are understaffed. This will result in longer response time on your questions and longer delivery time for your order than you're used to.

Furthermore, to ensure the fastest possible response time under the current circumstances, our customer service team will only be reachable by email. 

We want to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and to assure you we will do everything in our power to respond or deliver as quickly as we can. We also want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay indoors as much as possible.

Orders & shipping

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Your order will be shipped within 10-15 business from the day we receive your payment, on condition that the ordered product is in stock and the address you entered is correct. If the product is not in stock you will receive a notification via email. Your order number can be used to request the status of your order at any time.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Our distribution hub is strategically located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A shipment to countries in Europe will normally take 10 to 15 business days. Shipments within the Netherlands or neighbouring countries (Germany, Belgium) generally arrive within 10 business days.

  • I haven't received my order yet, now what?

    Should you not have received your expected order within the estimated delivery period that is mentioned on the website, don't panic. Please be patient and wait a few more days, as mail carriers in some countries do not always stick to their promises. Also, keep in mind that (public) holidays can cause delays. Of course, you can also visit your local post office and inform if your package has been delivered to your neighbour's house.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it to us and will be refunded. Please note that in this case, shipping costs for the return shipment are non-refundable.


  • What payment options do you offer?

    We offer several payment options. We accept transfers to one of our bank accounts, payment by credit card and PayPal. Dutch, Belgian and Spanish customers can also order by Cash on Delivery and pay the postman when the package arrives. For more information, please see the more detailed Payment Information page.

  • How long does payment processing take?

    This depends on the payment method. Credit Card payments are processed almost immediately, whereas other methods such as a bank transfer require us to manually check and approve your payment. To ensure fast processing, please always include your full name and order number with your payment.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    Because of the fraudulently use of VapoShop coupons we had to shut down our general voucher code program. You won't find any general discount codes on the internet anymore. If somebody pretends to have a VapoShop coupon, the discount will not work.

    The VapoShop team is fully dedicated to providing exceptional products and service at every step of the way. We don’t believe in misleading customers with over-hyped and fraud marketing and understand the value of each and every customer. Unique Codes and individual vouchers from our VapoShop team are not affected and can still be used.



  • Are packages discreet?

    Yes. All orders are shipped in generic packages or envelopes, without the VapoShop logo or name. It will only show our logistics company name, your address and a return address.

  • Is my personal information safe?

    VapoShop uses its own secure database to store customer information such as names, addresses and order history. This information is used solely by the VapoShop team and our postal service to deliver your order and ensure proper service. We treat all privacy-sensitive information confidentially and will never share your information with a third party.

    We offer the option to make an order without creating an account, where we only store the necessary information for the delivery.

  • Does your website use cookies?

    Yes. Like most online stores, VapoShop requires the use of cookies for a number of basic website functionalities such as the cart. Without cookies, certain parts of our website may not function properly. We also use cookies to monitor website traffic. This information is solely used to improve our service to you and is not intended to breach your privacy in any way. We treat all privacy-sensitive information confidentially and will never share your information with a third party.
